I thought it was the norm for “celebs” to make political statements these days. Or does it just depend on their viewpoint ?
Yes. You can be rude about trump and Johnson (rightly so) but got help you if you are rude about Corbyn (who should not be above criticism) who has some frankly hysterical support.
Not really been following the story... Twitter is like Pandora's box so hard to figure out any semblance of order from it
tbh this is probably the best post on this thread by a long stretch.
You must have missed all the ones of Rachel Riley looking stunning.
Long live Susan Ann Sulley.
Really? Thought she was the epitome of grim oop north

Still a fuller figure than before but absolutely nothing wrong with that!
On another note just watched a contestant lose 117-5. I cannot recall anyone (and I avidly watch the show and not just for Rachel) ever only getting a score of 5 but he was against one of those players who just kept getting one more each time.
Rachel seemed to enjoy it though - the guy is a Liverpool fan!

I'm surprised he didn't try and nick some of the points off his opponent during the ad break.

You clearly missed the classic episodes 637 (Mark Preston 80-0 John Brooks) and 2,343 (Mike Jones 51-0 Sylvia Pitman).
In the latter episode, Ms Pitman, trailing 51-0 stormed in on the final round with a 3.5-second solution to the conundrum REALCHIPS. Unfortunately, her answer - PILCHARDS - was incorrect.

I'm off to see Rachel in the flesh in a minute, wifey is a contestant today
Any update on this?
He's still hiding in Rachel's dressing room
sadly not, they said I wasn't allowed to hide in there due to social distancing measures
didn't get to meet her properly as they don't currently do any sort of meet and greet like they would normally so Rachel, Susie, Nick and the dictionary corner guest turn up once contestants and guests are seated and leave before they do so there's no contact. Stupid Covid

She does look lovely in real life though
How did she do? (Your missus, I mean)
When it came to the numbers game did she ask for "five large ones and one off the bottom"?
