To be honest I only really watch football and I rarely watch premiership football at that. I hate what the premiership has done to the game, I pay my money and I go to the Valley and I watch the Charlton.
I used to watch Ice hockey when the London Knights were at the London Arena, great game to watch.
I like athletics but don't follow it with any kind of passion. I don't get rugby. Snooker is pretty dull. Horse racing and going to the dogs is OK as long as you have some money on it. When I lived in Germany I really got into Ski jumping.. brilliant. Hand ball is a bit of a wired game though.
Basketball - scoring on practically every attack
Golf - cloudwatching for people who don't understand meteorology.
Gridiron - more stop than start
anything synchronised - because that's dancing not sport
I can't believe the hammering that snooker is geeting though, it's fantastic.

Actually, that's me too. I really only watch Charlton rather than football. Don't even bother with MoTD now, and follow the results more as news than as sporting entertainment.

Yep, I stopped watching the premiership when we were in the premier league.

I havent watched MOTD for years. Even when we were doing well (by our standards) you had to stay awake to watch the 30 second highlights at the end of the program. Unless of course we were getting tonked by one of the big 4, then the panel of "experts" would verbally tear us part as well.
you have to give american football time. if you give it a proper chance and try to find out what's going on it's a great sport to watch. I've got pretty into it now.
i've only watched baseball a couple of times and it didn't do anything for me... but i suspect if i gave it the time it would grow on me too.
Almost any sport that you support a team in becomes much more interesting straight away, so that helps. That's why you can watch things in the olympics you wouldn't normally watch, by supporting GB.
American Football and Baseball are good sports. It is interesting that in American Football the most watched/popular is College football. Used to live in Georgia and when you go to a tailgate party (pre game p.ss up) and then go in this >> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanford_Stadium
most boring sport for me is Polo.... just because of the obnoxious rich w@nkers riding along on horses and pretending they are actually good at a sport.
Chess is great to play but not really a spectator sport.
Golf I don't get
F1 is too fast, not a race
WWF wrestling- a circus not a sport
Most boxing as such as so over hyped and mismatched but still like a proper boxing bout.
Basketball, use to play it (you'd never guess why) but not great to watch.
Rugby - certainly the most overrated although League is so much better than "we are so morally superior to everyone else" Union.
Worth watching
Football and baseball and a bit of Cricket on a sunny day. Athletics as well in a proper tournament especially middle distance running. The rest of sport I can live without but each to their own
And wrestling is obviously shit, because its fixed. When I see wrestling fans, I think that they must have all come on a 'special' bus. It must be like watching a shit soap opera over and over.

I will watch pretty much everything apart from horse racing.
I once even watched the USA vs GB in the world softball championships on Eurosport at about 2am which didnt even have commentary. They just had a microphone there picking up the noise of the players and crowd.
Like someone said a bit of understanding helps the enjoyment of any sport.
I hate golf but that's because I must have the most appalling co-ordination at hitting the ball. When I do hit it, about one in a hundred attempts, and then hit it cleanly, about one in ten of all drives, then I quite enjoy it. As for watching it I have a nagging hatred/respect of the difficulties of the game.
Baseball is great, though if you catch a bad match boy it's a lot of innings of boredom.
I like rugby, the English game is pretty boring. When you watch super 12 the running game is so much more prevalent and open. But then if you get to watch state of origin games, they can be about the most exhilerating spectator sport I've ever seen.
Aussie rules, probably the worst game I've ever seen. But I didn't fully understand it, and the players were probably the most impressive atheletes I've ever seen; no doubt on good dosage of steroids but still damn impressive.

Haha, I like it. Very Oscar Wilde.

Equestrian. Definitely THE most boring sport.
Golf, Equestrian stuff and Cricket - cant stand any of em!
Golf - cloudwatching for people who don't understand meteorology.
Gridiron - more stop than start

Boxing. Dull dull dull shite.
And don't give me all that pony about technical skill, athleticism blah blah blah. You could say the same about wrestling. It's still shit.
:)

I guess any sport you dont understand can be really boring.
figure skating isnt a sport.

Snooker
Long distance running.
"Faster, Higher, Stronger"?
Fantastic game to play though
