What the feck is going on ?????

    48-7

Rather humiliating though the worry would also be that, if we have provided a dodgy track, there might be a points deduction. Or, looking at it another way, we just can't bat!

And when you see that we have a batsman at 5 in the shape of Ben Harmison playing for us with a first-class average of under 25 it rather sums up our current on and off the field plight.
  • Kent all out 63
Worcs 31/0 and win by ten wickets.
  • Can't believe what I've just witnessed, that is truly the most pathetic and cowardly performance I've seen from a cricket team in a long time, all just gave up due to the wicket being slightly tricky to play on.

Ill be amazed if a public apology isn't done. I didn't spend 100ish quid on a season ticket to witness the drubbing's we've had against northampton and now worcestershire, and the selection policy we currently have is such a joke, What's harmison done to merit a place in the starting team? Bell drummond scored 50 in his last championship outing then find's himself back in the 2nds!! Complete joke
  • Funny, these so-called journeymen who get to their mid-30s and turn into Glenn McGrath. All hail Alan Richardson! (See also: David Masters)
  • Even by Kents recent standards, this was diabolical!

Tredwell leads Kent to tense win
Kent moved joint top of the Yorkshire Bank 40 Group A following a three-wicket win over Worcestershire in a game reduced to 25 overs per side due to rain.

Chasing 111 for victory under the lights in Canterbury, Kent slumped to 45 for six as Worcestershire scented their second win.

But a 47-run seventh wicket stand between Captain and Vice-Cpatain James Tredwell and Geraint Jones bailed the Spitfires out of trouble and saw them to the cusp of a victory they ultimately secured with 11 balls to spare. Click here for the full match report

    Kent Cricket Supporter’s Blog
The first Yorkshire Bank 40 home game of the season against Worcestershire was certainly one for the diehards.
