I'm Charlton through and through from my dad and his dad before him but Essex all the way in the cricket, from east london and never lived south of the river so was the closest county to me0 -

Stevens becomes more and more of a key player for us. Hope that was Bandara's "sighter" because there were far too many long hops and half volleys for my liking.

Thats was a terrific game. Bet that Essex gezzer who got 98 was gutted. Great player but happy to see the smile wiped from his face.
Taking my mate to her first t20 in July. She couldnt make the Kent game but we're taking in Surrey v Middlesex.

To be fair it will sell out, and as long as the cut for the Brit Oval and Surrey isn't too big a margin, Kent will probably do handsomely out of it. Good business on its face.0
