Ha ha ...... that would be brilliant if he did !!

    McLeod gets 9 SHOCK!

It's been on the OS all morning, MoG.

Probably where Sky lifted the story from.

    ;o)

Pleased to see him stay, ever since his first half nightmare v Bristol Rovers he has looked a lot more assured and solid, I prefer Richardson but Omuzusi has shown he is a valuable addition and now we have secured him for longer, there is no need to rush Frazier back and risk further injury

I guess that 's what Parky has in mind too, Dan.

Glad he's staying - he's getting better with match practice

still don't understand how he's out of contract at fulham but they have a say on his future......

Omozusi's loan from Fulham has expired it says at the bottom of the Akpo Sodje piece, but doesn't suggest it will be renewed.

Didn't do a bad job for us in the end.

Far from "our worst ever player" anyway!

    suppose so!

Credit to you for coming back on that.

Shame as I thought he was decent cover at least but when we are short of cash and have Richardson and Solly fit again a decision that had to be made.

Good luck to Elliot. Really hope that Fulham messing him about by holding on his registration doesn't prevent him getting a new club. Got his head down and worked after a poor start in a struggling side and showed he was more an capable.

You couldn't let it lie could you, Len : - )

I like him. Thought he developed into a good player for us. Unfortunately for him, he hit form when Frazier came back (notably Wycombe away). Be a nice little signing if another club at this level came in for him.

    You couldn't fault Omo's attitude.

Once he got match fitness under his belt and his confidence returned, he proved useful enough.
I particularly liked the way he was always alert to cover other defenders and clear loose balls when under pressure in our own box.

Maybe they don't expect to be able to move Moo2 on in this window so can't justify keeping Omo as well. Will move Solly up the pecking order as well as free wages for another possible loan signing in another position??
  • Options
As said showed in the end he's decent at this level. Still young, decent athlete, could develop into a good player. Not what we need right now though so can't justify keeping him.
  • Options
Bit suprised by this, but maybe this is a sign we are going to keep moo2?? whether by choice or not? who knows

Shame Omo did prove he wasn;t a bad player but think Moo2 is better and maybe he will knuckle down now and have a few games to prove himself

Problem is we can't afford Yassin. Probably on near enough twice as much money as Richardson, more than Richardson and Solly put together but no better and nor as consistent.

That's the nail on the head for me.

Really like the lad, good attitude and character but we just can't justify a very good right back as back up - we need the money on other positions.

Really hope he goes on to do OK and if we get promoted....who knows

As said, really grew as a player for us.

Against Wycombe before he was subbed he was probably having his best game for us, but unfortunately for him, with Richardson and Solly back fit and Yassin back and with his wages we aren't in a position to keep 4 right backs.
  • Options
he did okay in the end but with Richardson and Solly fit he is a wage we can ill afford to carry even if Moo2 goes which, with Reid and Sodje, coming in may yet be the case.

Didn't Omo originally join in October on loan, with a view to permanent transfer....?

basically a player that took his time (and a lot of it) to find his feet at charlton/league one.
  • Options
Liked him in the end, solid enough and got forward well. Hope he finds a new club and the fact Fulham may want a fee won't hinder his career.
  • Options
Good luck to him...great attitude. Don't be surprised if he comes back to play for us again one day.

overly harsh. Only took a couple of games to get match sharp after a long period of inactivity

We could still sign him and he's probably registered as a free agent (?) If we're paying Moo2 we might as well play him if Richardson gets injured.
