In Gravesend in the '60s 'Harry Fenton's' was the place to get 'the look'. Bought my first pair of pointed toe Chelsea boots there and had blisters for weeks, til I used my dad's shoe trees (remember them) on them and stretched them a bit.0

Had a funny front to the shop, you could walk in and look at the toys in the window. Got a train set and scaletrix from there. It was run by a Chinese man, I think.0 -

Yeah but record sales aren't actually down that much, but everything is cheaper online. If you go into HMV and look at a CD/DVD then check online, it will even be cheaper on the HMV website so they're shooting themselves in the foot0 -
Combined digital and physical sales, chiefly CDs, dropped by 7% overall
to 119.9m units. Digital album sales were up by 30.6% on last year –
from a little over 16m to 21m – but the CD market continued to slump,
falling 12.4% to 98.5m.
