This behaviour should not be excepted in family areas but at the hub of all the atmosphere, things like this are to be expected, wrong or right, it's Football.

slight difference is that one is illegal in football stadia and other public buildings and the other is optional.
I Must of missed the Legislation passed to make it illegal to make Noise at football stadiums or are we referring to the polite applause being an offence?
