    "lets take that off-line" - meaning I don't wish to discuss that here and rather answer your question I will deflect in the hope that we shall never discuss it again. 
  • "End of play" to mean the end of the day. Also, Action as a verb: "I need you to action that by end of play tomorrow"

    It's "close of play", not "end of play". ;-)
