Yann or Solly? I hate choices like this, can it be both of them?

Solly all day long for me. Foregone conclusion I think, although pretty much every player deserves a mention this season.

Canb someone confirm where I need to go to cast a vote? Somehow for the last 3 seasons I've always managed to avoid bumping into anyone collecting votes.

I think we know who's going to win it....but at any other time there would have been three or four who'd 'honourably' and 'deservedly' fit the bill....this is an exceptionaly good and succesful side.
Pity we can't honour them all isn't it.

Kermorgant and Solly have both kept their form, whereas others (Taylor, Morrison, Wiggins, Hollands) haver had slight dips as the season progressed, so it should be between those 2.

Can't remember Morrison having had a dip to be honest?

I'd say he's having one right now, not as decisive as he was earlier in the season, breakdown of communication with Hamer, looking tired IMO. Mind you a flagging Morro is still one of the best CBs in the league by a long long way.

As for Player Of The Year, for me it must be Kermorgant. Solly has done very very well as a player and to keep his form but when Yann plays the entire team looks far better IMHO. I really don't know if we can say the same for Chris simply because he has appeared so often! (The one exception leading to Wiggins playing on his wrong side so tought to judge fairly.)

    And Stevenage away.
  • Not too many weeks ago this was a really difficult decision. Not so now. Chris Solly has been outstanding all season and deserves the accolade.

Has to be Solly for me. His amazing consistency throughout the season edges him ahead of the rest with Kermorgant a pretty close 2nd.

Kermy had a dip. It was even discussed on here a few weeks back to drop him and bring Hayes in and quite a few advocated that.

    1)Solly
    2)Kermorgant
3)BWP (when he wasnt scoring he played well still and got assists)

    In that order

Solly for me. Kermit is as close but I think home grown is really important and for me that edges it.

I know it's daft, but last year I voted with about 3 people and this year we can vote at two games. Makes a bit of a mockery of it, but it allows me to vote for Kermorgant AND Solly because I can't choose. If we win this league breaking records I would like something to be presented to the whole squad to acknowledge the best performance I have seen in 57 years !

How can you vote twice? There's only one voucher in your ST isn't there?

Sammy, it's way too late to change things now....even if we wanted to.

As well as the slip in the ST book people collect votes on a clip board in the ground so cads and bounders can vote more than once

Easy Solly for me. So consistent even when the team is playing badly. Morro was challenging him until a month or so ago but then went off the boil.

I think it bunched up but Solley has pulled away recently so the choice is going to be a little easier than I expected.

    1) Solly - I think that if we do a Norwich/Southampton Solly will be one of only players left and will start in prem!

    2) Kermo - Plays with the passion we love and deserves all the plaudits he's getting.

    3) BWP - purely for his goals.

    Solly.

JJ would have been up there if he hadn't been injured so often.

Contenders for me have to be Chris Solly fantastic first full season. Danny Hollands - The glue in the team. But for me the player that has made a real difference and given us a real edge which we have needed is Yann the Man Kermorgant and he will be getting my vote

It has got to be Chris Solly. He has definately been the most consistent.

Surely player of the year should be on performance and contribution to the team not if they are homegrown or bought in loaned in or whatever. Chris Solly is a contender on merit and i am sure would be insulted to think he only won because he was a youth team product!!

Couldn't you vote on line previously via the OS?
