    What we know ... NRC is a free agent having exercised his contract and opted out of Bolton in hope of securing another Premiership club, so far not takers we know off, so keeping fit training with CAFC in hope of getting a premiership offer, but as yet no clubs showing strong interest, maybe now Fulham so... gut feeling, would there be a loan of Briggs in return for us looking after NRC or, no offers forthcoming by end of this week and he may well end up with us until at least the January window

    We would have no say in the matter. Reo Coker can do as he pleases and if Fulham want him, we can't ask Fulham to loan us a player.

    Reo Coker didn't have a club - he knows Chrissy - asked if he could help - Chrissy would have done out of a favour to him, but probably also thought training with NRC might be a good experience for youngsters. Doubt if any of that helps us get a loanee from Fulham!

    Yes O R -H I realise that, hence I stated at beginning of my comment free agent :)

    I was just thinking out loud about possible scenarios and how these things sometimes are worked out between clubs managers agents etc ... of all the clubs in the south NRC could have gone to, to 'just keep fit' he chose Charlton who are now displaying interest in Briggs a Fulham player.

    Again I FULLY realise CAFC have absolutely no ownership of NRC but sometimes it is not 'what you know' but 'who knows who behind the scenes' which creates a temporary set of circumstances - training with - which delivers the solution, I shall say no more ! .........

    ANY NEWS YET ????
