  • Agree with marzipan yuk. I don't like aubergines which is a shame because I am a vegetarian. Love mushroom's my favourite food.

Use to work with a fella who liked to eat marzipan off the block in chunks.

Couscous, not that I don't like it but it's just the most boring food in the planet!

Veggie also, like the beans but tofu....hmmmn, occasionally had excellently done tofu, but essentially if it isn't cooked right the texture is vile.
Not a huge fan of onion, and I was put off aubergines years ago....however apparantly the trick with aubergine is to salt slices for a bit, to draw out the bitterness...then they can be cooked well, bit I've never tried it.
  • I'm surrounded by blaaady veggies! Is this a conspiracy or something? Ffs

    ; )

  • Caviar. Only eaen by ostentatious pricks who want to prove how rich they are - it's hideous.

But how do you know it's hideous Leroy? ;-)

Got to say, what terrific descriptions you've given us there. I might stop eating some of those things on the strength of that!
  • Sweet corn
    Any colour of pepper
    Any shell fish
    Runner beans
    Pork sausages
    Chicken soup
    Coffee
  • Lentils.

Red lentils are just slush. But you can do a lot with some of the other kinds.

    Like binning 'em?

    :-)

I'll second durian. Banned on the underground in Hong Kong because of how bad it smells.

They ban them in loads of hotels too because of their stench

I think they taste okay but they stink like shit

Marzipan is the work of the devil!

Completely agree. Makes Christmas cake untouchable. In fact Christmas is poor for desserts in general as mince pie is also a big no.
Agree completely. Yule Log is the way forward.

Alo agree with olivesas above - taste of rust.
  • Beetroot
    Salad cream

    both make me heave.
  • So, generally speaking, I think olives and marzipan are the clear winners here?

Oddest one? Clem's Chicken soup I would say. It would appear you have no problem with soup, or with chicken Clem. Just when the little rascals get together...

  • Made some pucka soup this week 2 huge pans to use the veg up at home I have over 20 portions to bring to work over the next month

Not a chicken in sight clem
  • Fish (although i do love smoked salmon and the occasional fish as long as it doesnt look like a fish, head etc)
    Sweetcorn
    Olives

Like my food dry as well so not a fan of gravy. Tend to like all my food separate/not mixed up on my plate. Apart from that I'll eat whatever you give me like a horse
  • Peas. Does anyone eat Tapioca anymore? That was rank at school.
  • Celery. I'll eat anything, but not celery.
  • as was semolina with a blob of jam.
  • I genuinely don't see why anyone would want to put butter/marge in a sandwich.

Don't like cheese either, but can kind of see the appeal. Except for blue cheese, sod dat shiz.

    Bowl of flem.
  • Always wonder where odd fads come from, Red Pandas Mum surely buttered his bread, and Kent's Mum would have put gravy on his dinner, like everyone else's Mum did. At what point did you two decide that wasn't right? Fascinates me.

No, I don't like it either. I think it's only there as glue to stop the bread from falling apart.
