    PL54, depends what sort of gaming you're into. Wii is great for fun, family games (Mario Cart, Lego Harry Potter etc) and XBox is better for the more hardcore gamer types. Playstation seems to have got left behind a bit.

    He will love it. I bought my son the iPad2 last Christmas, despite my parents telling me I was mad, and he loved it. He still plays with it just about every day.

    Ipad Mini - so last year! Some rumours say that the Mini 2 is in production now and could launch March/April and probably not later than October next year. It should overcome the poor screen resolution issues by including a Sharp (the Japanese electronics firm) technology screen missing from Mini 1. Might as well cut out the middleman, put it straight in the bin, save on the wrapping paper and start queuing for the next generation. :-)
