Clearly they weren’t keen on Dervite then. We quite liked him. And we definitely like Amos and Pratley. Horses for courses.cantersaddick said:

It's funny how a player can be a perfect fit at one club.Danny Addick said:

To be fair, neither did an awful lot of our fans!cafcnick1992 said:Bolton fans dislike Parkinson which makes no sense to me at all.4 -
Parkinson at Charlton was the right man but wrong time.15
-
I just think he was an honest, dedicated bloke who did his best in very difficult circumstances.ShootersHillGuru said:Parkinson at Charlton was the right man but wrong time.29 -
And also did a very good job.
Has also done a grand job at subsequent clubs.7 -
Think Bolton fans need to look at their style of play last season with how Oztumer plays... the latter is a playmaker so prefers the ball on the deck, instead Bolton constantly played long balls to Magennis so wonder if they can put 1 + 1 together to work out why Erhun didnt look very good for them2

My understanding is that Mr Parkinson make Curbishley’s man management skills look out of this world!ShootersHillGuru said:Parkinson at Charlton was the right man but wrong time.0 -
Yeah I can imagine Oggy is really hard for a bloke who has lived in England most of his life to pronounce.Chizz said:
Better still I bet he really struggles with Rob.1 -

Parkinson deserves better. Think he’s hoping for the Reading job, personally.3

I hope so too but he's definitely, definitely not. Aribo is different gravy.ShootersHillGuru said:Hope this is correct but I feel this is an upgrade on Aribo. Certainly for now.1 -
Parky is a very good manager and, from all accounts, a thoroughly decent man.
I really hope he finds a decent job and club, as he really has been put through the mill.2 -
Exactly my thoughts too. Parkinson made it clear when he was our manager how highly he thought of Reading. That is his dream job, I have no doubt.Callumcafc said:Parkinson deserves better. Think he’s hoping for the Reading job, personally.1 -
Thought this was decent from the facebook page!8 -
Very good. Just a shame they can’t actually spell his name right.Callumcafc said:
