    Nice ones, Stig - like the plunging horizon in the stadium, though weren't anoraks a bit hot for the CAST men?

    Apologies, Razil - apart from all those errors there was nowt wrong with my post! The great American photographer Garry Winogrand used plunging horizons to add dynamics to his pictures.

    The one of the crowd in the west stand, looking towards the north! Very good - adds dynamism, energy, an edge.

    I have a dx7100 which gives rather good resolution for a complete ameteur like me

    Yes a decent camera and excellent quality my photo of Barnie and the md of Andrews is something that Barnie can aspire to .....in time!

    they force me to take event pics at work 2-3 times a year, I don't do it enough to be any good though

    Yes, I can tell. The 7M photos make the page take ages to open and render.
