    Feeling ok today, in fact had a good walk with the dogs around 0800 did some training so I suppose I was out for three hours, just been out again with just the one dog for an hour, so ready for work tomorrow. Vasoline I used to prevent blisters and chaffing and although I thought I'd blistered my foot it turned out it was older one just smarting a bit.

    What I really cannot understand is why my ankle (the back of it) which has been a problem for well over two months stopped hurting after I ran the first half mile and feels fine today? Other bits ache a little bit here and there but not the ankle....
