She is the agent of Standard Liege player Michy Batshuayi. Standard are said to be reporting the agent of this player. The agent now works for Standard Liege and Charlton Athletic. Weird.
Earlier this month Standard Liege’s club president Roland Duchatelet claimed Arsenal were eyeing up a move for Michy Batshuayi. However, the player’s agent, Katrien Meire, recently revealed that only several Italian clubs have made enquiries for the 20-year-old but has yet to hear anything from Arsenal, suggesting, for the time being anyway, that it is nothing more than a rumour: ‘Interest of Italian clubs? Some intermediaries have asked. Nobody from the Gunners has talked to us – they are just rumours.’ Batshuayi, a Belgium Under-21 international, has made a superb start to the season for Liege, scoring 12 goals in 19 league outings.
'Striker Michy Batshuayi’s agent has been ruffling feathers with his club, Standard Leige. His agent, Christophe Henrotay, was quoted saying that a number of clubs were interested in him.' i thought this was his agent
That's what I thought too. See my other post. Very strange indeed. I can only guess the player is with an agency and Henrotay and Meire both work there?
The agent of Standard Liege striker Michy Batshuayi is yet to hear from Arsenal.
The Gunners are being linked with the youngster.

She has nice eyes. And teeth. She's growing on me. Yep. Great move.
Maybe so but what does she actually bring to the club?
Football agent and agent of a few Standard Liege players I assume. Must have good contacts in the game and already works for Standard Liege so knows how a football club works, or at least how one of Roland's works. Fully expecting a few more playing arrivals from Belgian clubs now. She could be great for us or she could be the new Andrew Mills.

I don't think she is an agent. The article makes it seem that way but I think it means she is the representative of SL rather than an agent of the SL player.
It would be interesting to know exactly what her role will be. There seems to be an assumption fed from AB's post that it is a 'Sporting Director' role, but this hasn't officially been confirmed.
With her legal background (see LinkedIn) and history at Standard, I would have thought it far more likely that Roland wanted someone he knows and trusts to act as his representative on the board, to keep an eye on things from a more strategic perspective.
I wonder if the reports about her being an 'agent' are perhaps a red herring - it looks like she has responded to the Batshuayi story as a representative of the club (i.e. Standard), and perhaps this has been misinterpreted (or lost in translation) by the English press.

Hope you enjoy your time with us and I look forward to hearing more from you about the board's plans.
