We are hearing that Bolton are lining up a move for Millwall midfielder Liam Trotter. Trotter is in the final six months of his contract at the Den and Millwall are thought to be considering selling him now rather than risk losing him for nothing at the end of the season. A number of clubs are thought to be chasing Trotter, but Bolton are leading the chase for the former Ipswich man.
Parzyszek is actually a highly rated player. Surprised we have apparantly signed him, in my view he can easily be a good striker for the lower teams in the Eredivise. I think he will fit perfectly in the more physical style of play in the Championship, a tall guy who uses his body well. And he can also score a goal, scored a lot of goals for De Graafschap the past 1.5 season. He does need service though as does every striker.
The youtube video of Parzyszek confirms what you say, that he is all about service......
From the press conf... Reza Ghoochannejhad is signed and completed. We hope to add to that in the next couple of days, he's scored goals at different levels in Belgium and Holland and he's signed permanentl
"Also told that Piotr Parzyszek a quality signing for #cafc. That another Championship side was quoted £2million in the summer." Latest from Richard Cawley on Twitter. He's 6ft 3in so height test all ok.
Has no one else picked up on the rumor about RD getting a £4m reduction in the purchase price if we are relegated?
If this is true, and it was tweeted by AB, it makes sense for him to to hold on to players that will not sign contract extensions to keep us up. Better to sell those players and use that money to bring in the players that he would be looking to recruit in the summer.
We need to remember that we could end up being relegated with the players we already have. We are, after all, third from bottom and we managed one point from away games at Yeovil and Doncaster in recent weeks and our wins since the 2nd of November have been the rearranged game with Doncaster (and I'm confident that we would have lost that had it not been abandoned) and Brighton - which we could easily have lost.
Why hand on to players that would leave for nothing in July when we can get some cash for them now - especially if there is a £4m windfall for RD if we go down?
Google translate is weird. This is the article linked by others earlier re: Parzyszek from what appears to be De Graafschap's OS and for some reason it translates "De Graafschap" as "Tottenham Hotspur" on the first line. Odd.
Anyway, this is it:
Tottenham Hotspur and Charlton Athletic have reached agreement on the acquisition of Piotr Parzyszek . The 20 - year-old Polish youth international signed Friday , after completion of a medical examination , a 4.5 - year commitment to the English Championship club . Parzyszek stood at De Graafschap until 2016 under contract . " We had Piotr love until the end of this season at De Graafschap retained . But we are as a club proud that a player who comes from their own childhood , can make such a step. Piotr 's next ambassador Football Academy De Graafschap "says technical manager Roland Vroomans . "As a player I can improve . Hotspur at me Now I am ready for my next sporting stage . I want to thank all the fans for the support, but also the club for the confidence and opportunities to always continue to develop me. " so let Piotr Parzyszek know . Because Piotr was housed in a transfer pool a portion of the funds received will flow back to investors . On the amount of the transfer is pending.
10:41 Wolves boss Kenny Jackett has expressed his delight at having been able to return Leon Clarke to the club from Coventry.
Charlton boss Chris Powell has already added Iranian forward Reza Ghoochannejhad to his ranks and hopes to complete further business before 11pm on Friday.

If by some strange twist of fate that was to happen, it would be his weekly wage.

"We had Piotr love"
bit.
Pigott is set to be loaned out to League One
More good news. Things still looking up.
If we lose Stephens, Yann and Wiggins that would be devastating.
But, on the other hand, if we bring in six new bodies that have some quality then that changes things completely.
Imagine if we were doing all this without the Internet!
