  • Likes a decent winger. There is one at Reading called Callum Harriot who would do well in this division I reckon.

    Nah, you're alright cheers.
  • Has anyone got a link to the quote from Katie in the summer when she categorically stated "Looman will not be sold in January"? I have a feeling it may be of some use next month

Here is one potential link from this time last year

Ademola has just started first-team football. He’s started very well, but he’s got so many steps to take. I’m sure he won’t be sold in January and will be here in the long-term.

    All bark and no bite.

  • The stepover king but not always an end product.

  • Bags of potential that's certain but I think if Everton expect him to drop straight into a Bolasie replacement then I think they are going to be disapointed.

£8 million rising to £11 million is a decent fee for him. Be a shame that he won't be able to help us have a go at the playoffs.

    You sure about that?
And this is precisely why I wouldn't wish coming back to us on Callum.
    I hear that canters

Currently played 15 times this season for a side 3rd in the championship

I just don't understand our fans
Only started 3 of those games, many of his sub appearances only 10 mins or less, started every league cup game and scored a brace against MK in the first round. Young Callum probably peaked too early this season.

Lack of appearances not down to injury either, he's been an unused sub in 7 other games
  • Robinson said during his first press conference that he tried to sign Harriott for MK Dons!
  • Bolasie has to have a second operation in the new year, makes Everton even more desperate

You'd want to think that a Premium club might have scouted him for a while and realise that he is not a winger so not really a replacement for Bolasie. Out wide he has to beat a FB, perhaps a covering winger then cut inside for holding midfield and CBs. Hasn't got the physicality to do it. Hence some fans say he runs into cul-de-sacs, when he is out of position. Give him a decent early ball down the middle to get between two slow goliaths and he is effective but has the talent to look decent wide.

So played 15 times for a side third in the championship and been in the match day squad for 22 games

Been involved even more than i thought, thanks for the update Sam

When it comes to ex players who weren't any good when they were here, I'm right on it!

Bit like Wagstaff eh Henry
  • 11 million for Lookman ? .. silly money .. grab it 'fore it goes and the offeror wakes up ..

that could buy us players for promotion and a good stab at the championship Championship (if yer ken wor I meen)
  • I thought the CEO said she wanted us back in the Championship? Good move towards that goal by selling Lookman and Konsa in January. Should please our new manager to know he is being fully backed by the Board. Circus.

Everton have been linked with Memphis Depay, who is much more of a direct replacement

Why even bother? We all know her for what she is.
  • According to Colin we have made a 30000 pound bid for Bromley winger Blair Turgott.
  • Gavin Rose has strengthened his squad with the arrival of Charlton Athletic youngsters Chris Millar and Louis-Michel Yamfam
