Johnson has been ok. Sterling the bright spot. Gerrard has adapted to his new role. Playing Sturridge out of position to accommodate Rooney is baffling. Ashley Cole is still class. Wilshere is no better than he was four years ago...1

Why do people bother with these friendlies?
They are a complete waste of time until you are 2-3 games from a major tournament when they can affect selection.
