According to the article above he is quoted as saying that he has signed and will be moving after Friday's game
Doesn't look as exciting as Delort. It's interesting that he is another international player though. Latvia are hardly a good side but it must be handy bringing in these players with that kind of experience. He's contracted till 2018 with Brugge so no freebie this time if it's true.
