  • And that's it for the day. Was an absolute pleasure listening to Sangakkara take the Somerset attack apart.

@cantersaddick - sorry mate, I'm away at uni at the moment so won't be at the Burnley game, haven't seen us play since Colchester in the cup! Kind of both glad I'm not having to watch us lose every week but annoyed that I'm missing out on all the protests.
  • 463 all out, which is a bit disappointing in the end. Off for rain with Somerset 8-0.
  • Back on. Trescothick has now become Somerset's 2nd-highest run scorer of all time - massive congratulations to him. 30-0.
  • Abell gone for 19 off the bowling of Footitt. 73-1 and off for rain.
  • On again. Trescothick has 50. 85-1.
  • Off again. 99-1.
  • Off again. 99-1.

your better than cric info !

Corrected for you :-) But thanks!
  • Umpires were back out, ready to resume at 17.55, only for the light to immediately go. The day-long game of hokey-kokey continues.
  • And that's close of play. Somerset 99-1.

  • Thanks for the updates again mate. Was following (a bit too) closely at work. Not too bad a day from a Surrey point of view. I guess we didn't really want to lose any time in the game. Important to break this partnership early tomorrow. These two old timers could cause us serious problems. Continue to be underwhelmed by Mr Footit. Certainly think Dunn should be playing. Also we could do with the extra seamer, Batty is the obvious one to miss out. I am a big fan of his but at this stage of the season we just do not need two spinners. And Ansari has to be first choice now. With no Sam Curran I would bring Burke in as fourth seamer.
  • Trescothick has a century but otherwise it's been a good morning for Surrey. 170-4.
  • Lunch. 195-4.
  • Off for snow... there really is nothing quite like English cricket in April.
  • Trego and Trescothick have both gone! 233-6.
  • Davis c Ansari b Rampaul 5. 239-7.
  • Tea. 281-7.
  • Need to get one of these two out.
  • All out for 353
  • Under way this morning. 7-0 in our second innings.
