He will become a fans' favourite I am sure. Specifically watched him today and he has all the attributes. As Charlton fans we always acknowledge and admire good work rate and he has that in abundance. Will drop into midfield and even made a block in our area today. He will also accept a clattering form CBs. Often gets a touch just ahead of them knowing he will get kicked. And, of course, the ability to score. I think he has had twelve shots this season and has score five. Lovely to know that even when under the cosh we have a player who will always give us a chance.
What's that mask thing there were loads of people wearing them in Camden this afternoon freaked my daughter right out
It's the Guy Fawkes mask which was originally used to represent anti-Government/anti-State (as Guy Fawkes historically attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament), and they were originally used by the internet-group Anonymous to protest the Government's attempts to censor or regulate the Internet, but idiots/hipsters who have never seen V for Vendetta or don't understand the symbolism behind it seem to think you just wear it at protests if you're pissed off about something, or, hilariously, if you want the Government to do more instead of less, defeating the actual point of the mask.
Anyway you see these worn a lot by idiots at Occupy or Gaza protests.
If he carries on like this i would expect big clubs to be sniffing come January. Wack a £15m pricetag on his head if they do! Great to have a proper striker!
The best player at the club since Andy Reid possibly even Darren Bent. Feels so good to have a player other fans take notice of. Great bit of business from Big Bob. If this is the type of player he is familiar with and enjoys then this club is going places
Cracking player looks pretty much the complete striker. Good with both feet, good in the air and has pace to burn.
Not to mention he makes intelligent runs and has a knack for being in the right place - as shown by goal number 2 against Brighton. BWP could be lethal on his day but it was all in the service - Igor looks like he can make chances for himself if the midfield misfires.
Just seen this on twitter for a new Vetokele song from @Buzzo1947
To the tune of the Balotelli song:
Ooooooh Vetokele He's A Striker He's Fucking Fast He'll score from any angle All you have to do is pass His Mrs Is A Looker And She's Got A Cracking Arse Ooooooh Vetokele!
His finishing is brilliant. Could watch that second goal over and over again. Part of me thinks that he actually meant to smash it in off the post in order to leave the keeper with no chance.

I won £50 on having him as 1st scorer at 9/1.
You went to the bookies and bet £5.555(recurring)?

If David McGoldrick is worth 8mil then what's Igor worth?!
£1.1m, according to... :-)
Here's the thing... they have him down as £1.1M while at the same time they have a fee of €3M assigned to the move from FC Copenhagen to CAFC. No idea why they don't use the recent fee? He's on a five year deal so he's going to go for a lot, lot more.
Anyone who has seen CAFC this season simply knows we have better players than last season. Transfermarkt has moved our squad value up... some way to go to reach Derby and other contenders but we're going in the right direction with Vetokele (£1.1M) Gudmundson (£1.8M) and Buyens (£1.7M) and now Bulot (£2.2M)...
Perhaps you want Pritchard, Obika, Hollands and Stephens back? Total value c. £1.1M

Which is rather the point everyone else who was laughing at your dependence on transfermarket.com was making.
We can SEE they are better players, we don't need a silly website to tell us that.
: - )
As ever you are missing the point. From the moment these players arrived I was bigging up our chances based on their valuations. Whereas you simply stated "it's a bumpy road" and "we might finish anywhere between 1st and 23rd". As ever about as much insight as a fecking horoscope!
Whereas I simply stated this lot look a hell of a lot better than last season's mob.
If it's that silly why was there such a high correlation between the assigned squad value of last seasons championship clubs and the final league position? And for the Jupiler league the correlation is even higher.
For someone with an 'A' level in stats you spend a lot of time laughing at data - perhaps you should have spent more time listening?

and above Wilson who cost £3 Million and Assombalonga who cost £5 Million
Surely Vetokele if he carries on like this will prove to be a bargin
Sheer quality this kid.

Looks a more accomplished player than Bent to me. Class signing.
Wonder why they were up there nothing to protest about right now is there really life Is good
His celebration for the second was amazing too. Love confidence in a striker like that.
