49 and 284 are the toughest two by far.
It's two at a time need 2 fingers and it's very hard I nearly blew my brain and very glad I paid out for an otter box case for my phone. Stuck on 289 now
It really is quite easy you just need to get into a rythem put one near the spoke in every other segment, then place a 2nd in each segment as close as you can then third and then forth. You then have 3 segments with 4 each in them and 3 empty segments left for your remaining 10 balls. Repeat same pattern again for the empty segments but this time it should be easier and perfectly doable as you have already fitted 12 in the same size space you have left for only 10.

I really struggled with 49, 67 and 108.
On 180 at the minute.
