Why no weight of oats to ml of milk ratio on a box/bag of porridge oats ever works.

Always end up adding more of one or the other at the end.

You've got one job territory, this.
porridge should be made with water.
And salt?  For that realistic orphanage feel?

Why the lyrics in this were "Heskey to Owen to nod"?

Especially given in the video they show Owen scoring with his foot not his head.

When I see someone running for a bus or train, whether I actually want them to catch it.

I quite like the "yaaay!" moment when they do, yet I also find it pretty funny when they just miss it.

Gimmicky dinners/events. I went past the o2 tonight and saw they have a dinner experience where the table is in the air hung by a crane. Checked online to see what is about and was shocked to see it’s £199 per person for 3 course dinner taking an hour. Just can’t grasp why you’d pay that much for this experience.

Be fair it's worth the 200 quid just to see the look on the people's faces below when you take a piss

The Marble Arch Mound costing £2,000,000 to build. What they said it would look like.

    What it actually looks like

    Viewing platform.

”The first visitors to the £2million Marble Arch Mound have been offered refunds after it was branded "the worst" attraction in London

The West End's newest tourist experience opened to the public on Monday, with tickets to climb the man-made hill at the end of Oxford Street starting at £4.50.

However tourists complained they did not see the "soaring views across central London and Hyde Park" from the lush landscape they were promised”

Its London's newest attraction. Think its costs £6.50 to go up to get views of the park, oxford street and edgware road 🤣 here is the park if you can see through the trees

Really scratching my head as to the need for it. Surely if you want a great panorama of London, Greenwich Park or Hampstead Heath are the go to places and if you want a top down view then Monument, The top deck of Tower Bridge, The London Eye or The Shard are the places to go to depending on your head for heights.

The rumour thread, why is it titled thus, when there only a very few rumours in 480 pages of opinions, counter opinions and made up rubbish.
