Mings is a quality player and I'm surprised none of the bigger clubs have gone after him.
You will find that they turned down big Money last season while they were in the promotion hunt. Will be amazed if he does'nt go to a Southampton, Stoke or a West Ham type of Premier club next season. Tyrone is 22 now and like Joe Gomez, glides over the ground,

Heard Chelsea were after him in January.
I can believe that Red Robin, hope for his sake, He doesn't go there(football reasons not Money) Have just realized when he was 18 he was playing for Chippenham town ! So a different route to Gomez. Was stunned to see both Moses and Chalobah are still Chelsea players. When Chelsea had a Christmas party with all their Loan players, they had to hire out the Albert Hall.

Sound slick Moses will be off this summer. Decent enough player but he was never going to be good enough for Chelsea. They're trying to use him as a makeweight with Stoke to get Begovic. Chalobah is a decent midfielder and needs a Premier League loan move at the very least.
Chalobah has lost his way , showed so much promise but the Chelsea way of loan loan and loan again has taken its toll
I do t understand why once a player has been on loan once potentially for a whole season if he has no immediate plans to be in the first team squad that there is not an fa rule to say he can't be loaned again and as such play him or let him go

Agree that something should be done about this. Here is a list of all of Chelsea's outgoing loans for last season. The stockpiling of players is ridiculous.
There should be a rule where you can only loan out x amount (2 or 3) of over 21s per season. Players not in your 25 man Premier League squad could then be released/sold by tribunal.
But they shouldn't be allowed to just keep loaning the same players out , it should be 1 loan of a full season or no more than two loans to different clubs in 1 season, the fact that a young footballer could play for three or four different clubs from 18-22 if he stayed at one club per season or 6-8 clubs if he had 6 month loans
This is not designed to develop players, I fully support the need to evaluate a players gaps in his career by loaning them out to see what is needed
But that is scandalous above and how can the fa just accept it

Fully agree with this and Ben18's views. Use it or lose it basically - Even Mourinho came out and said there's not much point in their academy as none of them ever break through. They just go out and buy what they need like Zouma
They've loaned players to 15 different English clubs, including 4 Premier League sides. Quite apart from the waste of talent, I'm sure there's an issue with conflict of interests there.
Let's say, using an extreme example, that on-loanVictor Moses bangs in a hattrick for Stoke to defeat Arsenal - Arsenal miss out on the title by a point to Chelsea. Is that fair, I think not.

All but one of their English players went to English clubs.
He was signed at 16 for £125000 which was set by a tribunal.
Sounds familiar !!!
