I'd be amazed if that was true.cafc_harry said:Hmm, 20k a week. I'd say it's possible. Can't imagine Ben Haim or Bikey being on too much less. I'd be more than happy with him signing, the fact that a team like Bursaspor are chasing him shows his quality.

I can not imagine us paying more that 10K a week let alone 20k6
-
If the club are willing to pay those sorts of wages I hope they are in this for the long haul or we will be in big trouble with the fair play restrictions. I doubt we are though, but who knows for sure.2

@svenclaes: @salmoncafc No, negotiations still going on with Standard. Don't expect @TomDeSutter9 (Club Brugge) will end up at The Valley either. #CAFC0

I reckon Kermorgant is laughing his a*** off at our attempts to bring in forwards..............and the cost.1

Can't imagine he's giving it too much thought. Unless he too reads a rumours thread on an Internet forum. Otherwise there's not been too many embarrassing public failures have there?ElfsborgAddick said:I reckon Kermorgant is laughing his a*** off at our attempts to bring in forwards..............and the cost.

Tucudean, pp, reza and Delort were all resounding successes6 -
Thought he was referring to this summer to be honest.mrbligh said:

But I've not heard the national press reporting much about them. Have you?
Also - we pulled out of the chase for delort, and that's been proven a good decision, no?
I'm on the fence as to whether the current owners are good or bad for us. I just don't understand the point scoring either way. What happened to objectivity?2 -
I agree they are probably bang in the middle now in terms of gash to good signings.
This summer will show us what they are really made of3 -
George is on another season of loan, Pete at a network club so may stay. I wonder if Reza will be at Sparrows Lane on Monday? Does Luzon know him? Could be a useful impact sub.mrbligh said:

Tucudean, PP & Reza won't ever play for Charlton again.4
-
Think Reza could be a bit better than just an impact sub but it looks unlikely that he will return to CAFC. However, stranger things have happened. I didn't think Mike Flanagan would return to Charlton while Derek Hales was still there but he did!harveys gardener said:

Ben Haim is no longer here so he cannot use that excuse0
-
That was just an excuse created by somebody on an Internet forum. I can't see Reza, Tucudean, Polish Pete or Loic Nego ever playing for us. I would be surprised if they are reporting for training on Monday.Dizzle said:Ben Haim is no longer here so he cannot use that excuse
According to Ketts, new arrivals by the middle of next week.

If Reza is not returning, Belgian sides already started training, us soon, it is strange that a loan or transfer has not been announced. Let's not forget he had a decent World Cup and will be worth a few million.1
-
A few million? I would say 500000 pounds at the most. There doesn't seem to be a line of Clubs wanting to sign him, only to take him on loan.harveys gardener said:If Reza is not returning, Belgian sides already started training, us soon, it is strange that a loan or transfer has not been announced. Where was this queue of clubs when he came back from the World Cup?harveys gardener said:If Reza is not returning, Belgian sides already started training, us soon, it is strange that a loan or transfer has not been announced. We'll be lucky to get a fee.

Am I the only one that thinks Reza would do well on our new pitch. To be honest he was shocking when he played at the valley but the pitch at the time was a joke. He didn't look to bad on the road when he got on a half decent surface, his performance and goal up at leeds spring to mind. Also think he'd benefit from players like JBG, Watt and Igor around him.8

He doesn't want to play for us, he has made that crystal clear. Get rid ASAP.Jack Charlton said:Am I the only one that thinks Reza would do well on our new pitch. It's odd because I honestly do rate Reza .. But I don't understand why he seems so adamant not to play for us.. Does anyone actually know why?0

I do indeed. He doesn't like the style of play and from then caused other problems, not enjoying personal life etc. Something along those lines, probably translates as he was struggling and didn't enjoy the physicality of it.CharltonByBlood said:It's odd because I honestly do rate Reza .. This was from very early in his Charlton career, within the first month he was adamant to leave us, he'd told a couple of people at the club so.
I don't respect that he didn't even give it a fair crack of the whip before wanting out, weak professional attitude. For all I care he can move on as I have.

I wonder if it's the physicality of the championship? He probably took a fair few kickings on a bad pitch in cold weather, probably not his thing..2
-
at the sponsors dinner Bob told me Reza won't play for us again.1
-
I would like to see us get a bit of cash for him. I Don't expect him to play for us again.3
-
Makes me laugh when people say Reza had a good game up at Leeds. Yeah he scored a good goal but he should have come off before he hit that as he'd been utter wank.3

Apparently the new away kit is going to be blue1

Michiel Kramer from ADO Den Haag.
6'5" centre forward so passes the height test.

Not a bad haul considering his team finished 13th out of 18.8 -

Kramer has a one-year contract with ADO. Kramer must therefore away from ADO, but not for a bargain price. Kramer also says to himself to be a new step. That's why he has not renewed his contract. Want ADO Den Haag receive money for Kramer, the goal machine must this summer or next winter are sold.
Feyenoord is certainly not new club Kramer. The Rotterdam were interested in Kramer, but in AD Sportwereld says the attacker was not anyone inside Feyenoord convinced of his qualities. Therefore, the transfer does not go through. Kramer himself Feyenoord has now also put out his head.
Earlier explained Kramer offers from Sheffield Wednesday (England), Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey all aside. The Kazakh Astana had an agreement with ADO reached on a transfer fee of 2.5 million euros. Presumably Kramer also does not address the range of Charlton Athletic. He wants to wait any offers from other clubs.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnnqy55bPPE

Does it not say at the end that he's not in our range?0
