Yeah it was Gravesend. I was there and wearing a suit as I was at a Christening. Just the job on the hottest day ever!

I was down at Folkestone that day, think that reached a peak level there at some point

I am going to Brive La Gaillarde in a weeks time.... How strange. Out of interest PM me as to where you are... I'm going to Souillac.
I'm in Uzerche mate, about the same distance north of Brive as you will be south, BUT I'm taking my Mrs to do Wedding Hair and Make-up at a chateau in Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne next Tuesday so if you're at a loose end, we can meet up pal!

Mine went to bed ok but we're sitting in the garden and can still hear her singing in her bedroom. Am half a bottle of proseco and two mojitos in so don't really care.

Good luck to you mate, your little girl probably doesn't use her bed primarily as a trampoline, strip the wallpaper off the wall, pull the curtain and blinds from the wall, climb the windows and rearrange the furniture. Thus why our evenings are normally in shifts!

Just delighted we moved back to Canary Wharf from West End. Getting on the Central Line in this would have been horrendous! 15 minutes home now instead of 1 hour 15!

Working from home tomorrow, back in for dress down & beers on Friday

    Enjoy your dinner mate.

Ha, I was referring to getting the little to settle in bed Tel. Even Southeastern managed to deliver me home in just under 90 mins!
  • Is anyone going to sleep outside in their garden tonight?
    Seriously considering it.
