Tennis Formula One England Rugby Union internationals Track and field athletics or anything excluding road events at the Olympics CFL (Canada's equivalent to the NFL)
Motorcycle racing and the Isle of man TT (no other sport comes close in terms of skill level and bravery, absolutely none) Boxing Getting into UFC and enjoying it as much as boxing Crickets ok but only if you have a drink, take away the drink and it's dull.
With the exceptions of Baseball, American Football and Formula One I enjoy watching pretty much every sport LIVE. On TV it is another matter (for example watching horse racing on the TV I would never do, watching live at The Derby is a great day out.)
On TV I watch tennis (Wimbledon), rugby union (England), gold (majors), a few snipers of the cricket and the very big boxing match ups when a mate buys pay per view and the Olympics.
My favourite non football sporting day out is watching England at Twickenham by a country mile.

I like watching golf on TV, not sure how it would be a good spectator sport though.
