With no inside knowledge whatsoever but knowing full well that Pakistan are somewhat prone to run outs I backed two or more of this type of dismissal in the match.
However I really didn't expect young Sam to help me out in this regard!
good odds ?
7/4 so hardly massive but, as I say, given the nature of the when Pakistan run, deliberate or otherwise, was probably value.

Hmmm, value but maybe only just.
Yes and in the great scheme of things it was only a fun bet. The record, incidentally, for a T20 match is actually six run outs - and the match didn't feature Pakistan but involved India and New Zealand.
And although he wasn't run out the game also featured the self confessed cricket cheat, Lou Vincent.
Comments

Riaz caught on boundary
Pak given up
Next game is tomorrow.

And great to witness a stunning half century from young Sam - a worthy winner of the MOM award.
