West Ham fans may not be most to blame for the position they find themselves in, but they were certainly complicit. I don't remember too many of them complaining when they were told they were getting the Olympic Stadium. Fella I work with used to drive me bonkers going on about how they'd be able to get cheap season tickets - absolutely oblivious to what was going on across the river. Tough!
@PragueAddick I think it's time for a bite-size thread where you can sum up the salient points. So if you don't mind re-reading all ninety-five pages and producing a one page précis, that would be great.

Although I'm sure that PA is snowed under with work of one kind or another, this indeed would be a huge help to get the likes of Fanny up to date /where things stand at this moment in time....
Surely no one can be suprised by this story? The Daily Mail print shite every single day, these guys are the absolute worst of the worst. It's click bait to drive revenue. Newspapers like these are not here for the news, they are solely here for the £££. There is a reason they are the most popular global English newspaper(online).
Honestly, it's been quiet all summer on this, I go on holiday for a week and it all kicks off.
Heaven only knows what possessed West Ham to suggest they contribute £10m p.a. Once we have driven a coach and horses through that you'd still have room for a 32 ton truck.
In this tweet Dan Roan has reproduced the LLDC's response to the GLA Assembly. Good to see them at least showing some teeth, belatedly, but even so, that letter pulls some punches. We need to assess the news of the latest costs re the seating removal (entirely a WHU requirement of course), and then we will join the fray.

I'd add conniving, nasty, vain and power hungry to the list.
