It would cost a few bob getting all those letters put on it, wonder if the club shop would do it.
  • Options
Well it's not a banner so couldn't be stopped on that reason.

People are mentioning not buying the kit but why don't we just buy the actual template kit without the badge, sponsors? So we are still wearing the club colours but buying it from the Nike Cataloge instead of the club shop. Same kit just without the badge and sponsor... you never know, we called always get something sorted if enough interest to have just a sword on the kit.

@TEL you commented just below this. Stealing my ideas ;)

Is it flame retardant though? Get Roly to try it & it could be the fireman's comment when they put him out!!

The top one looks like a five-a-side team kit you'd see down at Goals!!

Let's face it the Nike team catalogue is designed for both non PL teams and pub teams!

As long as it's not anything like that awful kit we had last season with the shirt and short colours around the wrong way.

Nike probably don't see the difference!!

The first one is an Arsenal shirt, not a Charlton one.

I'd be happy with the second.

Even though everything peeled off, the macron kits had the nicest material by far!

The only other red kits on offer are a red shirt with a gradient style pattern on the sleeves in black, similar to Man City's third kit this season, a plain red shirt with no collar, a red shirt with shiny red pinstripes, a red shirt with shiny red chequerboard pattern or a red and white fading chequerboard pattern, like Bradford's kit/QPR's away kit from this season. All pretty uninspiring if you ask me

Prefer the 2nd one looks really really retro.

    2nd one is nice

Hello Charlton, would you like my advice?

The second one reminds me of the Man Utd retro shirt remembering the Munich Disaster (worn in the Manc derby) a few years ago

Never liked the bottom one because of the line going across the middle.
