This was in a conversation about a Celtic fan who tweeted about the Rangers coach crash. Agreed it is disgusting but to turn it into a comparison to our own fans shows how she really feels and the deluded opinions she and others have.

Wow, just like Daisy, she will twist anything to fit her agenda.
  • She really is batshit.

As I have maintained previously, a basically decent person, now totally entranced by exposure to Meire's manipulation of those closest to her and so deeply devoted to Meire (sitting next to her at the Bolton and other games) that she cannot tolerate even the slightest criticism of her idol.

If it was a cult (which it resembles with Duchatelet as high priest and Meire as his chief disciple) then an intervention would be required.
I don't buy that she's a decent person. Decent people don't speak to others the way she does. Take it from someone who's met her.
Agree with that. She's spoken to me and others on that site like absolute shit over the last few weeks. Frankly I find her rude and insulting. I have tried to remain polite and respectful when posting on there seems I try not to get banned. But have the feeling I'll lose my rag on there at some point.

The other day I replied to a comment she had made about how honourable KM is. She ignored every single one of my points raised but proceeded to question my reasoning for both supporting Roland and Katrien. I spent a fair bit of time writing a reasoned response and explaining my reasoning for all the views I have put across. To which she replies 'I don't have time to read a post that long but I can assure you that you are wrong'.
In real terms: I can't be bothered to read anything you write if it doesn't support Roland and his 'niece'. I am older and wiser than you therefore you must be wrong. In any event, you are one of those protestor chappies, so your opinion is irrelevant.

Let's see how much of a real fan 'disgusted of Eltham' is in the hopeful eventuality of the perks being taken away under new ownership, as she travels up and down the country at own expense to away games in the middle of winter and sitting/standing amongst the rest of us. She does not come close to any definition of 'real' fan.

Now that will be interesting when the time comes. Odds on she will no longer go to games.

What job doe Sue Parkes do ? I presume she doesn't. I could be wrong.

If correct, her whole lifestyle, including the roof over her head, is provided by RD/KM, through Chris's salary.

Any view Sue holds, is held on the basis of the above.

Has anyone ever put this to her ?

I believe some have and were promptly removed from the group on the grounds of 'abuse'.

She is a bit like Donald Trump in that she wants the glory but appears to hate the vast majority of people who she sees as being beneath her.

Daphne Jones appears to exist to second anything Sue says!
Yep. Never has her own opinion on anything...

She won't be seen for dust when Duchatalet goes. Which will be another plus.
  • I still can't get over how a woman that represents the club at Board room level is allowed to bad mouth her own club's fans in the way that she does.

Because all she is doing is conveying the thoughts of those she toadies to.

I was removed from the group for copying a couple of comments made on SE7 Valiants onto CL and also, so it seems, being so cowardly as to have an alias on CL rather than my real name. Sue was thrilled to have 'exposed' by duplicity and to be able to tell her cronies about it. I was also told I was a close friend of Airman Brown, which seems to be a crime in itself, even though we have never met.

Anyone who wants to remain in their closed community needs to just observe and not comment. Offering any opinion other than Meire is lovely and protesters cannot be real fans will not be tolerated anyone. The best part is that one of the most vocal posters accusing those boycotting of not being real fans supported Manchester United until 2011 ...
Whoops. Guess I can't last long... I am probably on Sue Parkes pinboard with lots of CL users around the side and she's trying to match them up...

To be fair if they are a Man Utd fan, it is logically consistent to suggest you are not a real fan unless you are spending monstrous amounts of money to support your club.

Anyone whose answer is to ban someone, who has a reasonable contrary view, clearly is not willing to listen, because they know, they will lose a reasoned debate.

  • Just out of interest, I keep reading that Chris Parkes is a lifelong Charlton fan. So, where is he from? I assume he went to school in this area. What was his first match? Any idea? It's always interesting to know where people come from.

I'm not sure that it is in the best interests of anyone to go down this route.
Aye. Same kind of small-mindedness that Mrs Perks is up to. We've got a reputation for being a warm, welcoming club... yet the club secretary's wife questioning people on their credentials is like something from League of Gentlemen.

Chris Parkes seems like a decent man, and I'm really uncomfortable with someone being condemned because of the actions of their partner, but... this is becoming untenable, surely?

I went to my first game in 1999 when I was 4 years old. I've been a season ticket holder for many years, I have attended a minimum of 10 games a season since 1999 and the only times it has dipped that low was due to going off to uni etc. I am totally obsessed with this club and I love it. I've experienced most of the Prem years and remember enough of it. I've been to enough league 1 games to make anyone want to cry. And I've paid for the privilege! Yet she has the audacity to question whether I am a fan!

I hope you've screen shots of this. And on behalf of the human race, I'm sorry you've been treated like this.

It's a bleak comedy, isn't it? Queen Sue of the Collaborators, waving her wad of free tickets, with Malcolm the morris-dancing jester ("I'll wind anyone up!") and Daphne the thick sycophant ("ooh, yes m'dear!").

Yep plenty of screenshots of the whole thing. Mostly before comments get edited to seem less rude.

The fourth SE7 Valiants musketeer, Nigel, has broken cover on ITTV and is, typically, taking on anyone who dares not to back his views while steadfastly refusing to answer direct questions put to him while proving unable to hide his loathing of CARD and pretty mych anyone who doesn't agree with him. His post on the sofa was almost Suesque ."One of the founders of CARD I believe was seen on Sky Sports enthusiastically ripping the sofa to shreds in an act of mindless vandalism."
A former Murdoch lackey at The Times, too. You can see where he gets it from...

Thats the infamous @incorruptible addick I think. Not sure he's all there.

Seems to be a classic champagne socialist who is very proud of his ability to argue a point (endlessly) while not being prepared to listen to anything anyone else says. Amusing in very small doses.
