Lookout/Robroy - Where did you hire the condos?

Airbnb. If you want, I'll pm you the link to the unit we were in. Stunning, but depends on what you're after.

    I'm on it - thanks.

When do you go @Cardinal Sin ?

    What pub @robroy ?

I'll try and pay homage when I'm there next week.

We rented a condo on 250 Jarvis St.
Got it out the local paper if my memory serves me correctly.
May be worth a look online?

    Hi all,

I am back from my travels to Toronto, great place with plenty to do.

Niagara Falls - I took the 'Go Transit to the falls, hour train and then change for an 1hr20min bus. Cost $37.50 return same day. Well worth the visit, incredible site! I also took the 'Hornblower boat into the mist $20. Not much round there after, apart from casino's and arcades. Note you will need to get a cab from the bus terminal if you take the GT.

CN Tower - Well its a tall building with incredible views and a glass floor deck. Worth a look.

Steam Whistle Brewery - This is located neat the CN Tower. Excellent tour and only $10, you get plenty of free beer on the walk round.

Air Canada Center- Went to watch the 'Raptors and 'Maple Leafs, well worth it. The ice hockey was incredible, drink before you go as the booze inside was expensive $20 a pint (£12 ish). If you want cheap tickets then just tout it up (scalp) after the game has started. Check out the Real Sport bar near there, big screen and loads of beer/ale on tap.

Ice Hockey Hall of fame - Decent if you like that sort of thing, could spend hours in there and its only $18.

The Distillery district - Very decent, Christmas markets and plenty of shops. Mill St Brewery there was quality.

Randalls & Ward Island - Take a ferry there $7 return. Was quality, well worth a visit for a mooch about. Quite a bit has been closed down for winter on there though.

Live Music - Found two decent places for live music 'Horseshoe Tavern & The Cameron House (five minutes apart). You have to pay for the music in HT, however CH is free entry. I found Cameron house on my last day, wow what a venue. If you like live music, then check these out.

Night Life - It's actually a very quiet city, most people go home after work or eight. However, still plenty of pubs and bars for decent beer. The only nights it was really busy was the weekend. If you want a heavy night holiday (London, Vegas, New York), then I would say this is not for you.

Very decent city and people were very polite.

Thanks for all the tips from the people that gave them.
