According to Quest tonight Parky in the frame for the Huddersfield job, if so has a big job on his hands there.

Can’t see Nathan Jones lasting much longer at Stoke.

Cant see him getting it, think they will either look to Mark Hudson or go foreign again

Suspect you're right, which is a shame. Parky's done a superb job virtually everywhere he's been, usually in testing circumstances. He deserves a chance managing a club that's got Premier League aspirations.

Not sure the style of football Parky has played at Bolton matches how the better Championship sides want to play. At this stage Huddersfield won't be looking for someone to grind out points for survival

Parkinson nearly joined Huddersfield years ago, he'd agreed to sign then just before the press conference he pulled out.

I wish Roland’s dad adopted that approach

Nathan Jones will surely be on this list tomorrow. 4 wins in 26 games now at Stoke and has them bottom of the table.
Five of their conceded goals have all been goalkeeping errors. Butland is having a shocking time.

Nope - He was Hull Manager before joining us as Assistant Manager

    National League North

The league for old managers to try and revive their careers

Lee Clark and now Russell Slade
  • Clark has lost all 3 league games. Huddersfield must feel like a long long time ago for him now

Cocu at Derby was another strange appointment by an owner who seems to have more money than football sense .. I doubt that Cocu will last past Christmas

Derby do seem to be badly missing Mount and Wilson, both scored a lot of goals for them last season. By the time Rooney arrives, they could be a long way off the promotion places

No real surprise, i think any championship side would miss 2 of the premier leagues brightest young talents. They've also lost Tomori as well, he was named their POTY last season.

Daily Mail reporting that the Cowley Brothers have turned down a £1.5m per year contract from Huddersfield despite the clubs agreeing £1m in compensation

As the brothers felt it wasnt the right time to leave Lincoln

Apparently Sheffield Wednesday are interested in taking them now so be interesting to see if they just didnt want the Huddersfield job

Do have a feeling that Karlan Grant could be back in League One next season, whether he stays there though is another matter

    No chance

Huddersfield have scored 5 goals in the League and Grant has 4 of them.

If Hudderefield go down some Championship team will want him thats for sure

I expect Grant to be sold at Christmas

No I'd be just as shocked if he stayed but Huddersfield have to agree to sell him first

As Lincs says, I wont be surprised if he leaves in January

    Correct, he does the forms.

    He's coming home.
