    Can we still qualify?

Who gives a shit. CAFC RIP.
I wanted to get to the southern regional final at least. I care

I say that sat watching Michael Portillo's great railway journeys from the comfort of my bed at home. That's how much I care
I know mate... that new high speed rail line in Morocco looks the dogs danglies don't it?

    BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

absolutely couldn't give a flying toss. Almost hope we lose every game until Rat face, Slapper and Fat Russ get to fuck out of our club.

This is so shit but I'm beginning to think the same. I've never wanted my team to lose but I suddenly don't seem to care.

Probably change my mind in the morning but at the moment it all seems pointless.

    Positives -

Thought Chicksen looked decent, Ajose had a good first half (although dropped too deep at times, but I put that down to Slades mental tactics) and Holmes was head and shoulders above the other 21 players on the pitch

    Negatives-

As per the rest of the season there's just no creativity from the middle and we're incredibly reliant on Holmes. Novak looks terrible. You didn't need to be there to understand how poor Charlton looked tactically and despite picking one of the strongest, possibly the strongest, sides that will compete in this nonsense trophy tonight there was absolutely no plan B on show which is madness when you consider Slade had about 50 minutes to deploy one.

Wembley looks a distant dream, but League 2 could be a reality if things don't change dramatically by the Coventry match.

Genuinely forgot all about this and just logged on, why am I not surprised at the result. Nice one Brussel keep this up and you'll make Fromage's tenure look half decent  .

I'm afraid @GlassHalfFull buggered up the attendance figures tonight when he departed the crime scene at half time.

I'd like to think Slade had a look at the U23 possibles in this game. But reading the threads, it seems a folorn hope.
  • When do Colchester tickets go on sale?
  • There really is no bottom to this fall, is there?

    Yes that's the spirit.

    I don't think we've hit bottom yet.

Under these guys the pit is bottomless.

  • I can report further that the 26 thousand+ immaculate empty seats were well behaved and silent, no trouble at all.

Reading on Twitter about verbals between players and fans again. Can anyone shed more light on it? Apparently Pearce and Rudd involved.

I was there. It was terrible. We are getting worse! Novak a carthorse. Fox had a bad game, mind you nobody stood out. Was easy getting out though.

Supposedly a kid was shouting and spurring the team on , to which Pearce in the dug out responded "fuck off, isn't it past your bedtime"
  • Only positive thing about tonight was Joe Aribo, looks a good player.
