It's a shame the media are a bit confused by Belgian 20 versus CARD but great coverage whatever.

It's a shame the media are a bit confused by Belgian 20 versus CARD but great coverage whatever.

But I don't see CARD or the B20 mentioned in the Mirror article

Sorry, I was not being critical but just stating what I had read in the Mail article.

Bit late posting but great result for the B20/CARD.

Apologies if this has been posted, but RTL, a national commercial TV station, ran the story

This heads up came from the admiring Standard fans, btw

    Brilliant - cheers for this!

It's a bit like them calling us angry and furious when we were pissing ourselves laughing. Good publicity nonetheless.

    It's all good, great exposure

    This exactly.

Everyone's goal here is for Duchatelet to sell.

If anyone has any ideas on this, please let everyone know (unless it involves personal threats to club employees which are totally not acceptable even as a joke).

At the bottom of today's 'Gossip' column on the BBC website it gives a link to the Daily Mirror article.

    It's all good, great exposure

Exactly this. Obviously helped that it's a pretty slow news week for football with it being the international break although i'm guessing that might've been why it was planned for then.

Love it or hate it, it has to be said the Daily Mail has been incredibly supportive of our campaign having carried a good number of articles in favour of it.

I wonder if someone in CARD has a good contact there?

    Further comments from STVV forum...

"His ridiculous reactions are always the same
His intentions with all clubs are also the same
The ranking does not interest him
Every year or half a year as many players relocate
And the debts he makes his mismanagement have to be paid back by the club's
    I repeat myself, I know
You can then do the following:
You're happy and you look every home game to the scene and then lots of paying for a pint
You are unhappy and you do not let it continue to come to your heart
You are not happy and want him gone
For that you are willing to go far in the protest
He has appropriated the right to help a club with 10 000 supporters to the bones and to take away from us
So everyone has the right to argue against it every day
If you skip buying a football club, you have the ethical duty to do the best for the club
He has only the best for his portfolio
Congratulations to the people of Charlton
sit all day at his cap
    Until he breaks
I remain in favor of a new club in Sint-Truiden
But it will remain a dream
Too many are attached to their own seat and beers in the luxury tent
Too bad, STVV has not even been given a funeral
And it has long been dead "

What?!! How come we haven't got a luxury tent?!
