That's it tickets renewed, over 500 sold yesterday the lovely young lady told me, (must be payday)
Looking forward to see us win the league next year with our new super dooper team

Given that the vast majority of purchasers buy in the last few days before the deadline every single year, there's nothing impressive about that - 1,500 would be impressive.
Had a Season Ticket since Selhurst days and having had the Ten year and two 5 year VIP. Renewed year that VIP finished ( "we don't need your money any more " a smug KM said) with Three season tickets. Didn't renew any last season. Definitely not renewing this season all the time this lot are running and ruining our club. Went to a party last week, met several Charlton fans who told me that they use to have season tickets and they also didn't intend renewing. Target 20,000 has been acheived. WELL DONE ROLAND.......
So impressed am i with your custodianship of this famous football club, both on and off the pitch, please can i have three of your most expensive s/t's. Plus subscription to the "Roland Overlord of Darkness" suite in the West Stand on matchday for the next 35 years?

Yes, RD and KM are getting very close to Target 20,000! A stomping 20,000 empty seats in the Valley projected for next season! At least you will be able to sit anywhere you like but creating an atmosphere could be more difficult Cue the House DJ, perhaps?
Was in two minds about renewing, and assumed a substantial price drop was inevitable from my £475 (Championship rate) ticket. Any sense and they would pitch the price exactly right and put me in a bit of a spot.
These absolute clowns actually put the price up. What on earth?
So as far as I can tell, the only benefit to me renewing my now £500 ticket today is 6 months free access to a website. No flipping way. Show me a whole new squad, like 12 quality players (won't happen) and maybe I'll think about it. New owner and I'll call up and pay within the hour.
In the past I have struggled to find out how many season tickets we have sold. I was then amazed to see the OS announce how many we sold for this season.
I would have thought they would have been shy to announce they lost 4000 season ticket holders in one summer.
Leeds giving ST holders money back for missing out on play offs.
Leeds United say they will honour a promise to partially refund fans who bought season tickets for 2016-17 if they miss out on the play-offs.
Barring a 14-goal swing in the final round of fixtures, Garry Monk's side will now finish outside the top six.
Fans who bought a season ticket for the Championship club before the end of May 2016 will get 25% of their money back.
The club had pledged to give refunds of 50% if they sold 15,000 tickets, but they did not reach that number.
Leeds, who have extended a deadline for supporters to claim their money back, are in the process of sending forms to season ticket holders who qualify for the refund.
The cost to the club, co-owned by Italian businessman Massimo Cellino, is not known, but it is understood that funds have been ring-fenced to pay back the money.
i think a lot wont renew next year, even people that maintained they would were questioning it on sunday, the difficulty is getting those fans back once theyve been gone for a few years as charlton then becomes something you dont do every other week.
Early bird offer ends and prices go up by...........
Nothing at all. Same prices all round.
To be fair I don't think that pushed reduced prices this year just the benefit of six months access to the new service that allows one to watch videos of when we were a good club - you know before they got here.
They have, however, very cleverly given another deadline of the 2nd June to reserve your seat before it will go on general sale. That makes me think that many current season ticket holders haven't renewed - which is not a surprise. Last year they put all the seats on general sale much earlier.
I guess that gives then another month to sign players that might temp more to renew. Well we do have Jackson and Crofts locked down for next season. WooHoo!

You're correct, there was no mention of any price rises and there weren't any.
The new video service looks good, I might even sign up if the museum doesn't get a free subscription for letting the club use all it's videos : - ) but not sure it such a big incentive and neither will be keeping your seat when so many are empty.
It's a thankless task for the Brand Manager (yes, I know) and the Commercial Manager to sell season tickets at all. Some will renew regardless and good on them, a few more will drop off this season and even Meire admits that that is down to her and her uncle.

The brand manager has left the building, Henry. He had too many opinions of his own.

"Gone and never called me Mother."
I can't keep up with who's in or out these days although I'm not sure why a League 1 club needed and wanted a "Brand Manager" in the first place.
And opinions! Dangerous stuff that. Wouldn't want to hire creative people with opinions.

1000 lost leaving 5,500 would be my guestimates if no change of ownership.
I fully expect it to be extended like last season maybe up until June 1st.
