Exactly what I didn't want to happen has happened. I've nursed a pair of well worn trainers for two weeks to make such sure they last through to the weekend and JJ rips them wide open with late tackle on a football this morning. Now sporting a nice shiny pair that need at 50 miles in them before saturday or I could be in bother. Lets see if we can get this rolling again or my holiday photos are coming!

Things may have dried up like Karol Fraeye wins over the last few days, but we've just FOUR days now until Upbeats Day and we will once again start ramping up the gears.

Tiverton Drive or Lannoy Road are good spots for the weekend or after 11am on a week day for the station so equally handy for the training ground.
