EFL still have to interview the reindeer before anything can be confirmed.
Still find that significant, did people really think he’d got a Santa down to the valley?
    Come on guys ?

    No more Sledging !

This one isn't a stock photo of the Valley or the badge, why take the time to create this (with a shushing santa claus) on a Monday night? Surely this one has a bit more meaning to it
Think it is an picture created by the club, not HE.

Calm down, it doesn't mean it's done.

Does anyone know what time this morning the official announcement will come from the club denying rumours that there will be a press conference at the club this morning?

I thought they might have made that announcement by now.  The fact they haven't can only confirm it's going ahead.

I’m convinced it is today. Moved some sausage rolls out of the fridge and put my bottle of real ale in. COYR!

It's your wishy-washy liberal leniency over real ale in the fridge matters that is causing climate change. No surrender.

Now that we’re on to a serious topic, “real ale” should usually be served at 10-12 degrees C and in a warm house will need a little bit of chilling. But don’t leave it in the fridge for too long! Thank you!

TBF to Roland, he did travel by train and not by private plane to city airport when he came to the Valley for a meeting.
Though this had a lot to do with him being a tightwad.

Try putting it outside, in the south east the temperature should be perfect and if it’s to cool you could always leave it indoors unopened for a few minutes. You could then claim to have reversed climate change and saved the planet by utilising natural cooling.

I've got this feeling, I could (and probably am going to) be really wrong that it will be signed off by the EFL today and announced tomorrow.

A simple delayed publish and no one who works for the club even has to bother doing anything other than a simple check on the website at 09:01 to ensure the post is published correctly.

I personally think that offices are the EFL, ESI and CAFC are in full Xmas mode and it’ll be announced 2nd January and will be much talked about in the build up to the Swansea game.

A lot of effort went into making that image two years ago 🙄

  • If it’s not announced by 12:00 then the wait goes on. Can’t see too much administration work happening after that on Christmas Eve.

Have you just slipped up by dropping a bombshell confirming that we've in fact been waiting two years for the EFL to approve this takeover?

This thread title is misleading and causes me a tiny moment of heartbreak everytime I see it.

True but we should be well used to buying in the end of sales bargain basement by now 😉.
  • Just a thought but could esi have asked for the takeover to be in the new year so Roland is solely responsible for the 2019 accounts in Belgium?
