Should pick up a few points there to give themselves some breathing space but if not things will get very interesting as they then have a much tougher run of games until the end of the season.
Must admit that on this occasion I don't necessarily share your view that they will pick up points from what on the face of it is a series of easier games.
The club is in a mess at the moment. Roy has had a go at the Board today saying he will leave at the end of the season unless a transfer policy is agreed (Good luck with that Roy, think you will be on your way) ; there's an uneasy relationship between Parish and the American owners; and things not going great on the field. If Zaha downs tools because he can't get a move things could get very interesting.

Keep believing this could be the year!
The decline at Swansea seemed to start when they got outside American investors, it seemed to dilute the previous unity at the club

I hope you're right but they already have 30 points, they probably only need 3 more wins.
If they don't go down this season then they really will have to invest next - just £19m spent in the last 4 windows and the great Palace Academy is clearly producing nought these days given that Zaha is now 27 and today's line up is their oldest all time team in the Premier League at 30 years and 104 days!

Three goals all season, giving the ball away in his own third and standing around to watch it hit the net. If Zaha is their best hope, then it can only be for the diving.
There is nothing quite so horrible as seeing a 72 year old man spitting at a football match especially with the result that some of his saliva ends up drooling down his chin. The sort of thing that one would expect of a tramp not a Premier League Manager. But then we are talking about Crystal Palace.
And that result highlights why Palace are in real trouble.
For large parts of the game Everton were absolute rubbish. But apart from a 15 minute spell just after half time Palace played with little purpose or intent. Indeed they finished a complete mess.
If the other teams at the bottom of the table can start winning, this could get really interesting.
