I assume I’m missing something here? No one seems prepared to post the current scores on this thread. Know I’m going to get some mental replies( maybe even a whoooshing or two)......but I genuinely don’t get/know why it’s the case?
Overall although our attack hasn't looked to threatening we are keeping it quite tight. It's not often that the Aussies bat at less than 3 an over especially when at home. Pick up a couple of wickets after the break and we are in with a shout.
Need Smith gone. He's been squared up a number of times, had a couple of edges that haven't carried, an agonisingly close c&b opportunity and an lbw shout.
He didn't look anywhere near as good as he did in Brisbane but he's still there and I'm worried we're gonna regret not getting him out early.
Sorry, but you can blame me. I got up at 3.15 and after watching a load of dross for the first hour or so I went to bed at the first rain delay & missed the first wicket by minutes. I then woke up at 9.30 & found we'd just got the 3rd wicket. Got up & thought I'd watch the last session - 40 mins later & again no more wickets. I'm jinxed.
