We’re disappointed to announce that Sunday’s Subway League Cup fixture against Portsmouth has been called off.

Following communication with WSL Football, Portsmouth have withdrawn from Sunday’s match due to an unprecedented number of injuries.

Ticket holders will be refunded and will receive email confirmation within 5 working days.

Our next home clash will be on Sunday, November 9th (KO 2pm GMT), where the Addicks will next host Southampton at the Valley.

Bit more detail here, including that a postponement was "not possible" - so we should get the points.

Four players with long-term ACL injuries is rough.
