If it was a full tear, an ACL is anywhere between 9-12 months, she did it in May, so she might be back in February, if we're lucky. She should be back on grass by ChristmasCrusty54 said:
Not a surprise given the need for her to recover from the injuries she suffered in the club colours.EpsomAddick said:New contract for Newsham

She posted pictures in Instagram of a day trip to Brighton recently. Still using a crutch. It seems she will be out for the whole season.0 -
A good signing for Watford, I always like Muya. A player who covered every blade of grass and with a good skill level, how often did she just surprise an opponent by getting ahead of them and getting the ball and leaving them behind maybe her passing should be better.fenaddick said:Karin Muya has signed for Watford0 -
I don't know as much about Charlton women in recent years but I know the standard of the WSL is very high and for Charlton to not finish bottom will be an amazing achievement.
I guess Birmingham, Palace and maybe West ham and Liverpool will be the teams CAFC will be looking to get points off in 26/27 as it will be like the Alamo against the rest.
The money being spent by Michelle Kang is off the scale at London city Lionesses who are trying to join Arsenal, Chelsea, Man city in the elite and Man United who are the best of the rest.
Earps, Kumagai, van de donk, Putellas, Godfrey, Diani, Cascarino etc don't come cheap and Kang will expect LCL to be at least 4th.0 -
Liverpool are off loading a few and haven’t replaced.
I see their supporters aren’t happy.
A way to go yet but we just have to get passed those around us and hopefully 🙏🏻🤞🏼😬🫣😩😂😂0 -
Looks like we're signing Neville and the ridiculous barnet0

Oh that's a bad signing, she looked so immobile in the play off0

That will keep her nice and relaxed.sam3110 said:

I mean as a dressing room leader I'm sure she'll be fine, and she knows Karen very well, but I agree she sprayed the ball about a bit against us but didn't look up to much else.
Digging into her stats though over her career she averages a goal every 5 games which is crazy going for a fullback, I assume she played higher up the pitch in her younger years0 -
That is an interesting signing. I’ve actually always enjoyed the stylings of Neville, she’s an absolute shithouse in a way that Jill Scott could only look on at in awe and she knows the WSL well. Newsham isn’t playing this season so we need another fullback and Neville can cover both sides. I actually would disagree with some people’s assessments of her from the playoff game, she wasn’t quick but she immediately added a bit of nous to the way Leicester were playing and I was the most nervous I’d been all game once she started reading the gaps and helping them build up their play a bit better. So far our signings have been young players with no WSL experience at all and most have never even played in the country, having someone who has been there and fouled that is really important.I also never realised how much she looks like Karen Hills until this moment. Someone really does have to have a word about that haircut though3

If this signing doesn't get us on the BBC Sport website then nothing will1

Hard to get massively excited about this one, but we need WSL experience and she has plenty. I thought she looked good in the play-off too - albeit that was in a game where the players were exhausted in the heat and she had lots of time to pick passes, which she won't have in the WSL.0

Turns out Chelsea fans absolutely hate Neville so that could be a little spicy0
-
I agree with @Garrymanilow - I thought she was a complete handful when she came on against us for Leicester - lifted them by the scruff of the neck. A bit of a Coady / Pratley edge to her. Yes she is older and not quick but very experienced.0

I'm never going to knock her barnet as mine is a bit left field too.
But I'm really hoping my gut is wrong on this one.
I got in from bitch & stitch & himself said, 'you've signed someone from Leicester with a dodgy barnet'
My reply?
'Not Neville?'
Checks socials,
'oh feck!'.
