I would love him back but I also recognise that it Is important we allow people not too without accusing them of being racist

I wouldn’t necessarily say they’re racist. They’ve certainly made homophobic comments in the past about people on here.

There are many reasons why Powelly should be our and Manager and probably a lot more reasons why he should not be. Can someone point be in the direction of where Powell's race has been used as a reason he should not get the job?

There actually has to be an criminal or civil offence for legal action to go ahead, rather like the Voice of the Valley issue (1 sole paragraph) a few months back about which legal advice was sought.
