    fucking outrageous tbh they explained the 1st time its because of "glitch" on there system ( this was 6 months ago ), usually most firms would sort that out imo just shows the lack of care for "customers", i always order online as a lot easier not being able to do this does inconvenience me.

    was sent a wrong ticket - have been hanging on phone for nearly 25 mins now - absolute joke.

    Family tried to buy seats next to us in the East but of course the club won’t sell them as they’ve booked all they section out on the system for the Trust’s handouts

    They open 10am Saturday morning so I’ll head there In person and get 1 extra then onto the pub.

    Yeah. The ticket office website is still as user friendly as ever
    I've had a lot of practice of ordering on line over the last two seasons since giving up my season ticket because of RD. TBF the only difference I did this week was to log on first, not half way through plus refreshing the page once on there, and things went fine.
