Absolutely love her reaction to Leko returning; what a class act. Sorry if that’s been said elsewhere !
Leko was with us for what 5 months before he got injured? And he greeted like TL like he would his own mum so you can tell the kind of impact she has on players.
She is like a mum to many of them, especially the younger one's, often teaching them how to use a washing machine or cook!
Top top person is Tracey, the lads are very very lucky to have her around. She works so hard, I think she could really do with an assistant as it's not just the seniors/first team she looks after. She must be literally run off her feet.
Tracey is a credit to our club and more importantly a credit to herself - she is all that is good about Charlton Athletic. Carl certainly won in the lottery of life and I'm sure he knows that.
A truly wonderful and inspiring woman.
He said that their wedding day was the best day of his life apart from when he got that MOM portable telly from Rumbelows!
Another big up for Tracey from me for all she did with the remarkable @Fanny Fanackapan to make my discharge from hospital so special. Signed shirt and videos from Nigel and Pearcie in double quick time. ❤️
Does anybody know how the Queens honor system works, I think she should be nominated for one.
I've been involved with a couple of nominations. The tricky bit is that being exceptionally good at your job doesn't cut it. You have to go well above and beyond to get a gong, and demonstrate significant impact. If there is an honour to be had, the community trust would be a decent bet for the queen's award for voluntary service, if they havent got it already. I'd be happy to help with that.
Not to mention putting her job on the line by being one of those involved at the sharp end of evicting Southall from The Valley. We all owe her a debt for her part in that.
Wonderful person, and an incredibly important part of the Charlton community. One of the things that helps her get on so we’ll with the players is that she’s not really into football, so she doesn’t get star struck.
I'm going to join in again, our first day back at school as I charged back from The Valley with Bowyer and swopped dogs and left the house to take Valli to meet the children as they left. As I exercised Valli beforehand a lady came over to speak to us it was Freddie's mum who is a lapsed Charlton fan but Freddie gets the enthusiasm from her. So last term I asked Tracey to have a search for an old training top that's probably going in the bin, ask around the medical room for a couple of signatures and what happens Tracey sends little Freddie a complete kit which gets presented to Freddie in front of all his pals that take the Micky when he shouts "Come on you Reds" every time he see us. The school phoned her to explain that Freddie was coming home with the kit and why and she burst into tears, obviously she heaped the praise on me, but I was having none of that and I quickly diverted it to its rightful owner c/o Sparrows Lane. Every time the lady goes that extra mile.

One day I will be able to correct that.
