    Spain are bloody infuriating to watch tonight. Walking pace. No urgency. Silly back heels and flicks around the box when surrounded by defenders. Football ain't as hard as you are making it you twats. Get it to the byline and whip in a cross for fucks sake. RUN with the flaming ball don't just stop and lazily swing your leg for a pass.

    Disgusting there from Iran. The player is deliberately trying to hold off Ronaldo then when Ronaldo accidentally trips him he goes down and holds his head. If VAR give anything from this I will be forever baffled

    Not direct enough. Incredibly frustrating. They're a mess defensively. Maguire, Stones and Kane would destroy them on set-pieces.

    Why the hell play Costa if they are going to play that way as well? What's the point? He needs directness - a long ball over the top or something. Just every once in a while. Costa must be fuming looking at Kane, Lukaku Ronaldo etc and the service they get - he got NO help tonight
