Just read this, assuming ref thought he had a chance of getting the ball
However, the law has now changed so that players committing accidental fouls, that deny a goal-scoring opportunity, are not automatically sent off, but cautioned instead.
Players will still be sent off for holding, pulling or pushing, not playing the ball or having no possibility to play the ball, serious foul play, violent conduct or deliberate handball.0 -

Irish U17 (?) Keeper got a second yellow card and sent off for doing it against Holland earlier this year despite the Dutch Goalkeeper doing the same thing in the shootout0 -

Seem to remember him missing a penalty in Extra Time and then missed the decisive one in the shootout0 -
I am guessing that any shot on target at least 5 foot off ground will be a goal in this shoot out. Of all shots on target that are low to either side of the goal keeper at least 20% will be saved.
