  • This is such a good listen. Making great points all over the shop.
  • Listening. I don't think he will play for us in these last 9 games.
  • ahhh i hope they dont take it down after so i can watch from the start.

Not sure, its all about whether he feels safe or not

Is there a way to watch for the start? I guess when they've finished to see if they upload the whole thing as a new post or something?

I don't think we can say either way. I think he's just being honest, like he's said before he's professional and he'll turn up and do his job but completely agree that if things aren't safe then he absolutely has the right to walk away as does anyone else involved in this charade.
  • It’s now on Insta from the start
  •  I still think Lyle will be gone the first chance he gets but given the current state of contract uncertainty for all players, I wonder what his options will really will be in the marketplace.

I'll go and delete my posts then.

  • If he doesn't ever play for us again I really do hope someone gives him a chance in the PL

  • This is a great listen
  • Well worth a watch/listen. He still comes across as someone who would do very well for himself in whatever he chooses to do with his life. Also so refreshing to hear a professional sportsperson speak open and honestly about anything they are asked rather than the media trained robots we've become accustomed to.
  • Well that's the rest of my evening sorted :-)

  • Lyle mentioning his injury at Swansea saying he'd played for two weeks prior is why the Management team deserve no criticism for the Bonne incident at Middlesbrough.

If the Management team dont get told of a problem, they won't know the extent of it
  • Makes you realise how often how little supporters know and how judgemental they are.

when he come off at half time v Swansea, the injury had happened two weeks before, he played three games with it and had a shot before ko so he could play.

And im sure fans said he was sulking
Yeah I'll hold my hands up for that one

Im a rare one to question a players attitude as remember Andy Hunt's last game but that evening I really thought something deeper was at play and that his head wasnt in the right place

I was one. And I got it wrong, so apologise to him for believing that. Probably a sign of how much you question motives, attitudes and commitment when the wheels are falling off.

This was a great watch. So good to see someone willing to break away from a party line.

  • Lyle is a legend in my book.

Who is the lad interviewing him?  Is he Charlton?  He certainly knows his stuff about us.

Just takes me to a fuzzy screen, is there another link?
  • Loved this last two Lyle interviews. Zero Fu*ks given.

Most entertaining player we've had at Charlton for years.
  • @colthe3rd getting a shout out at the start from the person streaming, claim to fame
  • Love Lyle
  • If you want to watch it, then watch it soon lol.

The way Lyle talks about southall and what he calls him, as soon as Southall finds out he will threaten a law suit unless it gets removed haha

I'm sure it was in no way because I was one of the first people watching the live stream.
  • Lyle is a top lad for this. Can't wait to see what he says after he's left us
  • Great Interview that
