I've got two minds about this, first is if this was some sort of terrorist act of defiance and this is the calibre of extremist we are up against then the terrorists and extremists are shit.
My other mind is this was an uber driver who fell asleep at the wheel and thankfully nobody has been seriously harmed

Well if it is "terrorist related", whatever that might mean, then the police are to be commended for arresting the guy rather than killing him. They will obtain a wealth of evidence as a result. And if it turns out to be something else, and any cabbie would tell you the "Uber driver asleep" is highly credible, then it's also reason to commend the police.

Well indeed, I used to "give it some thought" throughout my commuting to Paddington days by train and tube. Couldn't really not do so, when there were no litter bins on the stations in case some deranged Irish "freedom fighter" had placed his latest contraption in it.
